NPC: A kobold captain
Long Desc: A captain of the kobold armies is here directing his troops.

A kobold captain stands proudly, holding his head high up above those around
him. His uniform is decorated with many strips of torn cloth in all
different colors signifying his rank and the many battles he has fought in.
Large eyes protrude from the sides of his face giving him the advantage of a
larger field of vision than many other creatures in the realm.  These traits
readily show that this creature, while small in size, is experienced with
his weapons and could put up a good fight with opponents that are much
larger than him in size.
It is a kobold approximately 5'6" tall.
