NPC: B'nal
Long Desc: An elder dracon displays contempt for the condition of the Queen's hall.

B'nal has been the royal family's steward for so long that many have
forgotten how he ever obtained the position in the first place.  His cravat
is perfectly folded to match the perfect appearance of his entire uniform.
Nothing any of the other servants do in the performance of their tasks is
good enough for him.  Those derelict in their duties have been rumored to be
on his luncheon menu the next day.
He is a dracon approximately 5'1" tall.
