NPC: Tadeas, the criminal leader
Long Desc: A plump dracon adorned with rings and chains lounges about on plush cushions.

Tadeas is a little out of shape at best.  The ruler of the criminal
element in Vir, it's quite clear that his lackeys do most of the labor now.
In his youth he was renowned as a cunning thief.  Upon closer inspection you
notice underlying muscle-tone that might indicate he has a little fight left
in him afterall.  Tadeas commands with an iron fist and seems to be doing
quite well for it.
He is a dracon approximately 5'0" tall.
