NPC: Noelani, the concubine
Long Desc: An elven concubine lounges about waiting on the calling of her master.

Dressed in a rather revealing silk gown, Noelani smiles faintly in your
direction.  The concubine of Tadeas seems quite perturbed at living
underground for so long.  Her face seems to be layered heavily in makeup,
quite unusual for an elf, but not nearly as strange as being the concubine
of a dracon.  After a moment Noelani tilts her chin up and appears to no
longer see you.
She is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
