NPC: A Volcanus child
Long Desc: A small child wanders the roads, looking for someone to play with.

The citizens of Volcanus are a fiery centaur race with redish hair
covering their bodies.  This smaller version of the adults must be a child,
even though it stands nearly as tall as many full grown humans.  The child
looks at you warily for a moment, but forgets about you as soon as another
child passes nearby.
He is a centaur approximately 6'1" tall.
