NPC: An octopus blacksmith
Long Desc: The octopus blacksmith is here, working hard with all eight of his arms.

This eight legged creature seems like he is perfect for his job.  He is the
blacksmith of Atlantis.  His face is covered with soot and he's hammering
hard on a piece of metal, shaping it into a weapon of some sort.  Maybe if
you ask him nicely, he would be willing to repair any of your equipment, for
a charge of course.  

+++ an octopus blacksmith will, when given a chipped Orb of Vandemaar,
crush it to splinters.
He is a octopus approximately 5'7" tall.
