You have entered the Fish's Forge.  The forge burns brightly, a wonder
how a forge can burn even though it's underwater.  A blue aura wavers and
glows surrounding the fire in a sort of nimbus, here then is the magic that
allows the fire to burn so hot even underwater.  The octopus blacksmith
seems quite adept at his work and uses multiple arms to accomplish task
efficiently.
