Under-Ocean Avenue, the center-most street of the underwater city of
Atlantis, is the most traveled and the most congested.  Merfolk seem to be
in great abundance here, dressed in clothing fit for their station in the
city.  To the west a small building stands beside the street, drunks stagger
through the open door, while to the east the glow of a forge shines though
the archway.  Laughter from the open door to the west seems to draw more
patrons from the crowed street; perhaps there are lively happenings inside.
