The main room of the Salty Shark Tavern is hazy with exotic oils in the
water similar to the items used in the above world for recreational
hallucination.  Ale and other alcohol are served here to any patron with the
price.  A stairway leads upstairs to rooms for rent and there are various
rooms off to the other directions.
