Under-Ocean Avenue, the center-most street of the underwater city of
Atlantis, is the most traveled and the most congested.  Merfolk seem to be
in great abundance here dressed in clothing fit for their station in the
city.  The Healer's office is through the archway to the west and a trainer
can be seen to the east.  Mermen float along this road in a hurry to get
where they are going.
