NPC: A rabid black rat
Long Desc: A large black rodent scurries back into the darkness.

This is a long-tailed rat that is about 8 inches in length, with a tail
just as long.  It has a lean body, pointed nose, long ears and a gray coat
with brownish patches.  It is a good climber and jumper, but cannot swim.
It is aggressive, omnivorous, and adaptable, and often carries diseases.
He is a rodent approximately 1'7" tall.
