NPC: A lesser ice demon
Long Desc: A lesser ice demon is here, searching for evil to spread.

This small winged demon is about the size of a dwarf, with a lean but
muscular build.  Its ice blue scales gleam evilly in the dim light in the
passageway.  The evil creatures blood red eyes seem to move in your
direction, as it searches for who or what is in its presence.  Although less
common than regular demons, ice demons are no less dastardly.  They have
been known to torment the souls of the damned in an icy hell.  What is its
purpose here in this frozen dungeon?  Who knows, although it could be said
that this is the icy hell from which such demons come.
It is a demon approximately 7'1" tall.
