This quest [32611] is called 'The Proven Archon',

Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
You have proven yourself to be quite the adventurer. You have braved the
dangerous proving grounds and achieved much fame and fortune. Recently
there has been an increase in creatures in the depths of the proving
grounds. I need adventurers to go down there and eliminate some of them. I
fear that we may be in for an attack! Head to Irda Isle, enter the proving
ground and kill some of those horrid creatures. While you are in the
proving grounds, keep your eyes out for the valuable tourmalines and
maleficarum roots.

Phase 6: Journey to A Massive Granite Cavern.
Phase 7: Defeat A lesser ice demon.
Phase 8: Defeat A giant manta ray.
Phase 9: Defeat A fire elemental elder.
Phase 11: Recover a maleficarum root.
