NPC: A giant manta ray
Long Desc: A giant manta ray glides through the water, looking for prey.

Typically, manta rays are a peaceful species, but the harsh conditions of
the Proving Grounds cause all creatures who inhabit them to become just a
little more vicious than they are in other places.  This particular manta
ray is quite hungry, and believes you would make a fine meal.  The large ray
glides towards you, it's fins moving gently up and down and its tail slowly
swishing from side to side.
It is a unique approximately 4'7" tall.
