NPC: An immaculate waiter
Long Desc: The waiter quickly approaches to show you to a table.

Dressed immaculately in an expensive tuxedo, this waiter appears by your
side as you step into the restaurant.  He directs you to a small table in
the corner of the room, and asks if you would like to see the wine list.
While all the other patrons here are wearing fancy clothes, there must not
be an official dress code.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
