This posh eatery is very popular with the upper classes in New Rigel. 
The floors are covered by thick carpet, the tablecloths made from fine silk,
and the bar inlaid with gold.  Waiters weave deftly between tables, making
sure that all of the patrons' needs are met.  The extremely well-dressed
customers turn and stare as you enter, making you feel quite out of place.
