Long Desc: A perky soldier wanders about aimlessly with no destination in mind.

This wide-eyed soldier seems to watch everything all at once, his eyes
never stopping for a second.  He seems to be a bit jittery, perhaps he drank
quite a bit too much coffee this morning.  He does seem to enjoy his coffee.
Elves being newly introduced to the miracle of caffeine have a tendancy to
overindulge without noticing they've drank way too much.
He is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
