Wiggles Tenderfoot is a widely known thief in many parts of the world,
not because he's any good, but because he steals the most worthless of
items.  His skills as a thief are quite good, being taught by the best, but
his sense of value is slighty off.  His most recent theft was from the King
of Vospire, Wiggles walked by piles of gold and gems to steal a small,
battered mace.
He is a gnome approximately 4'1" tall.
