Long Desc: The head cook, Cailin O'Tera, is here cooking for all of the inn's guests.

A beautiful tall woman with eyes as blue as the sea and hair of reddish
blonde, Cailin O'Terra was once a powerful sorceress who found she loved
cooking food more then she does magical concoctions.  Occasionally she has
been known to add a little something extra to the food however.
She is a half-elf approximately 5'1" tall.
