NPC: A lizard child
Long Desc: A lizard child materializes from nowhere.

Strange unblinking eyes watch your every move as this reptile youngster
shadows you about the city.  Just when you think you have lost it, it
appears again observing your every move.  It is eerie in its ability to turn
up at every corner, behind stalls, people, merchants.  Does it follow you
for some perverse reason, or is it just a curious youngster?
He is a lizard approximately 3'5" tall.
