NPC: A minotaur barbarian
Long Desc: A minotaur barbarian is here, looking for a fight.

A tall rough looking minotaur stands before you.  He has scruffy gray fur
and long polished white horns.  On the tips of his horns he has two solid
gold rings which are obviously stolen from some noble citizen of Diocletian.
He notices you watching him and begins to draw his blade.  Perhaps you wish
to duel?
He is a minotaur approximately 6'9" tall.
