NPC: A stout halfling
Long Desc: A stout halfling prevents unwelcomed guests from entering the card room.

Rather stout for a halfling, he has been assigned to guard the card room
and prevent any unwanted guests from entering.  His hair is combed back and
his face shows no sign of emotion.  Every so often he looks out the window
in the yard behind the inn to make sure nothing has happened to the animals.
He wears a jet-black suit and black shoes giving him a very professional
look.
He is a halfling approximately 4'0" tall.
