NPC: Larkin, the head gardener
Long Desc: Larkin, the head gardener, is here watching over the blossoms.

Larkin is the masterful gardener of the mighty Diocletian Palace.  He has
thinning gray hair and a long beard extending almost to his feet.  His skin
is nicely tanned and he has spent many hours pruning and planting making the
gardens more beautiful than any others in the land.  He can't seem to stop
babbling about the constant change in the flowers, as if some magical energy
was beneath the surface.  Perhaps if you talk to him you might find out some
answers.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'6" tall.
