for Adventurers levels 65 to 110.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
I have heard so much about the city of Diocletian, but I do not know if
it is as wonderful as it is said to be. I want you to journey to the town
of Diocletian south of Sigil for me and visit with several of the citizens.
Ask them about the city and what the shops in it offer. Journey to a few of
the places that I am told are magnificent and see for yourself. Then return
to me with the information you have gathered so that I might learn more and
decide if I should one day visit Diocletian myself. You will be well
rewarded upon your return with a full report of your travels.
