Long Desc: A maintenance man struggles hard to keep the city clean.

The maintenance man is one of the hardest workers in the city.  He takes
his orders from the mayor with hardly a question asked.  He does his job and
takes a lot of abuse from the construction workers who taunt him.  Traveling
up and down the streets, he becomes covered with dirt and grime from head to
toe.  You'll have to look really hard in Lowangen to find a littered street.
The maintenance man does good work.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
