Long Desc: Jolson measures a customer for a new outfit.

The proprietor of this store is one of the strangest elves you have ever
laid eyes on.  He is wearing a powder blue jacket, long wool pants, and a
very thin black tie.  He also has a short, scraggly beard, something that is
uncommon for his race.  As you step in the shop, Jolson looks you up and
down and nods in approval.
He is a elf approximately 4'8" tall.
