NPC: Cerberus
Long Desc: A wicked cerberus is leashed up here.

This frightening beast growls angrily as you approach.  It appears to be
some strange breed of dog, but is unique because it has three heads.  The
creature is the size of a small horse, and smoke billows forth from its
mouths as it barks at you.  Still, the animal seems to be trained, and will
not attack unless ordered.
It is a three-headed dog approximately 3'5" tall.
