NPC: Thelma
Long Desc: Thelma tends to some plants on a shelf by watering them.

The owner of this shop hardly notices your entrance.  Dressed in a loose
green tunic, Thelma is busy tending to some of her plants.  Judging from the
dried mud on her hands and feet, she must have been working on the plants
outside as well.  She seems quite happy going about the task, and you can
tell that she has a close affinity with nature.
She is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
