NPC: A venison vendor
Long Desc: A hunter is here selling the venison from recent hunting trips.

The lithe figure in front of the venison stand is dressed in clothes of
tanned leather, and has several large knives strapped to his belt.  The
vendor is offering several different kinds of meat, fresh or treated.  This
elf is obviously a skilled hunter, although he still has much respect for
the natural world.
He is a wild-elf approximately 5'5" tall.
