NPC: An armor salesman
Long Desc: An armor salesman is in town from far reaches selling his wares.

This gruff-looking minotaur snorts as he sees you approaching.  You can
see him examining your armor, looking for weaknesses that he can explain and
help you get rid of.  While the vendor can be somewhat difficult to work
with, he was once an excellent warrior, and knows the best ways to protect
adventurers from harm.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'9" tall.
