NPC: A fire atronach
Long Desc: A fire atronach is here, roaming the surrounding area.

The fire atronach once lived below the surface of these mountains,
although when the earth was torn apart by this lava flow it crawled out and
now roams the surrounding area not knowing where it is heading towards.  The
fire being notices you and finally finds something it's interested in.  It
moves toward you it's arms open in a hug like posture, flames licking off
every part of it.  The heat grows as it begins to get close and the heat
starts to become intolerable.
It is a elemental approximately 6'1" tall.
