NPC: The friar of Death
Long Desc: A man dressed in a black robe stands perfectly still with his head down.

A tall dark figure stands peacefully before you with a long draping hood
covering his face so you can not see it.  He stands motionless in his atire,
which is jet black with a soft flowing but rather worn look.  When he speaks
its in a soft yet powerful voice which commands authority as if you could
feel his words pierce your soul.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
