Quest: The Global Ghostly Ghasts of My Years Past
This quest [2049] is called 'The Global Ghostly Ghasts of My Years Past',
for Adventurers levels 10 to 60.
This is a SEASONAL quest. It is available for a limited time.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
I do my best to be a just and kind ruler, but I have not always had the
wisdom brought by experience. Alas, even with my great power and good
intentions, there were those who harbored such hate that they remained on
this plane of existence beyond death. With the coming of All Spirits' Eve,
my informants tell me they plan to gather and haunt my court! Please visit
the enemies of my past and tell them how I've changed. I only wish that I
could lay them to rest myself. Many of my subjects relocated to Rune in
their dissatisfaction and thus haunt Rune Graveyard, but others still lurk
in Arcane Archipelago and even Maldra's Keep!
