NPC: The cloaker
Long Desc: Hidden in the shadows, the cloaker prepares to strike you.

This creature appears to be a large semicircular blanket made of rough
black skin.  Underneath the skin, you see seveal bony ridges which support
the creature's body.  Looking much underneath like a cobra, the creature's
head, eyes, and fang-filled mouth resemble that of a snake.  It is about
15'wide and has a 5'long tail with a club on the end of it which it uses to
smash its opponents
He is a bat approximately 1'6" tall.
