NPC: The candy man
Long Desc: A short gnome stands here, his eyes opened widely and his face covered in chocolate.

This short gnome has been sneaking into the back of his own warehouse to
eat chocolates every time the candy shop becomes empty.  Wrappers and blobs
of chocolate lay strewn all around him and stuck to his clothing; which is
composed of a bright red and white striped jacked that reaches all the way
down to his knees, a pair of bright purple trousers, bright green suspenders
and a blue top hat.  Although hyped up on chocolate and candy, he keeps an
every watchful eye on his storerooms, preventing any thief from sneaking off
with one of his chocolates without paying.
He is a gnome approximately 4'3" tall.
