NPC: Cirra Pileus
Long Desc: A small cloud sprite screams through the room, tearing up what she can.

One of the two children of the Pileus clan, Cirra is the younger sister
of Alto.  Cooped up inside the castle all day, her parents expect her to sit
quietly and behave, or perhaps read a book in the study.  Instead, she
creates destruction wherever she goes, spinning through each room like a
wild cyclone.  Despite her brother's attempts to calm her down, she remains
a free spirit - perhaps too free.
She is a elemental approximately 6'1" tall.
