NPC: A drunken patron
Long Desc: A drunk patron lies passed out in the corner of the room.

Dressed in ragged, alcohol soaked clothes; this small half-elf has passed
out peacefully in the corner of the room.  He has a bottle of beer in each
of his hands, one of them tipped over and spilling onto the floor.  A strong
aroma of rum rises from him.  Soft mumbles and murmurs come from him as he
tosses slightly every so often.
He is a half-elf approximately 5'1" tall.
