NPC: A scruffy thief
Long Desc: An unshaven thief stalks silently in the shadows here.

Almost invisible to the naked eye, this sneaky little fellow wanders the
tavern looking for unsuspecting victims to rob.  His clothes are expensive
and colored jet-black; they completely cover his body, leaving no skin
visible.  His dark-brown eyes shift from side to side suspiciously.
He is a halfling approximately 4'0" tall.
