NPC: Rikko, sergeant of the elite guard
Long Desc: A grizzled veteran dracon bearing the scars of many battles is here.

His weapon always at the ready, Rikko stands alert to the activity around
him.  His eyes dart around quickly taking in the positions of any possible
malcontents.  He wears his many scars as badges of honor for he earned them
in the service of his queen.  He enjoys telling many a story during his time
he is off-duty, enjoying a drink at one of the local bars.
He is a dracon approximately 5'1" tall.
