NPC: A decaying dracon
Long Desc: A diseased dracon that looks like it has just risen from the dead stands here.

Bloated eyeballs stare from partially eaten faces.  Burial shrouds hang
in tatters from limbs that hang in some cases by only pieces of sinew.
Pieces of rotted flesh drop onto the floor as shuffling steps from legs that
have long forgotten how to function echo in the room.  Small beetles crawl
along pieces of skin taking small bites then moving on to nice, ripe
portions of internal organs.
It is a zombie approximately 5'5" tall.
