NPC: The mine foreman
Long Desc: Sarnaq, the foreman of the queen's mine, stands here with his arms crossed.

Large muscles seem to bulge from the arms of the mine's foreman as he
reaches for the latest reports.  Sarnaq has seen his share of labor and
knows well how to swing that hammer he carries at his side.  Furrowing his
brow, he seems to frown more because of the loss of production than the loss
of slave labor due to accidents.  He is most anxious to keep the queen
supplied with minerals and gems from this mining operation.
He is a dracon approximately 5'1" tall.
