NPC: A dracon miner
Long Desc: A solidly built dracon is here working to dig up precious minerals.

The heavy muscles and sweat streaming off this dracon are from long hours
in the heat of Vir's mines.  Seemingly oblivous to everything but the job at
hand this dracon is quite adept at ignoring the loud work enviroment and
oppressive heat that is a constant hazard here in the refinery.  He carries
a hefty pick that he uses to break up the rock walls as needed to get at the
ore within.
She is a dracon approximately 5'1" tall.
