NPC: Deragaz, the metalsmith
Long Desc: A wisened old dracon is here testing the quality of the metal brought to him.

Despite his obvious old age Deragaz is still in his prime physically.
Heavy muscles and a light sheen of sweat across his brow are just part of a
days work for him.  It is said that during the great Dragon Wars in the
underground he made the finest armor and weapons to be had.  Life must have
gotten steadily worse for him to be working in a place like this now.
He is a dracon approximately 5'1" tall.
