NPC: The nefarious Dr. Gnekow
Long Desc: A short man with mad scientist hair stands here, chortling and rubbing his hands.

A slight man with a slightly hunched back, Dr.  Gnekow is instantly
recognizable by his shock of vertical white hair and opaque wraparound
goggles.  Not only do tales about the dangers of the creatures he breeds and
chemicals he manipulates abound, but his face is plastered across half of
Alyria, on the 'Wanted' broadsides tacked to trees, walls, construction
sites, and slow-moving ogres.  He is a dangerous man, not for his enfeebled
body but his terrible, brilliant mind.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
