NPC: A blue bird
Long Desc: A blue bird is perched on the irrigation pipe, singing to the seedlings.

A blue bird is here, singing to the seedlings.  It believes that her song
helps the young plants grow strong and healthy.  She is a very strange bird,
her feathers unlike any you have seen before, smooth and bright like the
shallow sea on a moonlit evening.  Her dark eyes hold wisdom beyond any you
have seen before as her trill echos throughout the glasshouse.
She is a bird approximately 1'7" tall.
