  Planted in the soft, moist soil are small, recently planted seedlings. 
The multicolored light shining through the panes of glass on the ceiling
warm the young sprouts.  The air is filled with the sounds of birds singing.
There is an irrigation pipe suspended from the ceiling with holes in the
bottom and special fittings on each hole, misting the young seedlings with
cool water.  The pipe extends to the north.  To the north is a hard packed
earthen walkway, and to the west is the entrance to the glass house.
A blue bird is perched on the irrigation pipe, singing to the seedlings.
