Long Desc: Galain the barkeep is here, cleaning a glass.

As you glance across the tavern at Galain, the elven barkeep, he notices
you and smiles warmly.  Dressed in a deep forest green with matching hat, he
wipes down the counter of the bar with a quick flick of the wrist.  He hums
a little ditty as he grabs for a tankard to fill with a dark ale.  You
scratch you chin and wonder if there isn't something you can learn from this
odd little man.
He is a elf approximately 4'9" tall.
