This quest is called 'Our Drunken Lord',
for Adventurers levels 30 to 60.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
On my last visit to the local pubs that Sigil is so well known for, it
came to my attention that they seemed to be overcharging for the goods they
were offering. This troubles me as I really like a good drink and know that
the common man does as well. Since I don't want to look like I think I'm
better than my people by having what they cannot afford in their own pubs, I
need another option. Head out of the castle and go to each of the local
pubs, see what drinks they have for sale and bring back to me the drinks
recommended by the bartenders while you are making your assessment of their
prices. Upon your return I will refund the gold you had to spent on me and
reward you greatly for your service.
