The Broken Arrow is famous throughout Sigil for its violent customers. 
This tavern is only open at night, although some of the patrons can often be
found asleep at the bar when morning arrives.  The walls have been painted
crimson to hide the many blood stains, and beneath you is a shaggy red
carpet.  
     A well used dartboard hangs on the wall awaiting its next volley.
