NPC: The seeress of Dracco
Long Desc: A large dragonne is here, plotting.

Once a patron of Queen Viridis, this dragonne has since traveled to the
surface of Alyria, seeking out the mighty Dracolich.  She is the only living
creature to have survived for any length of time around the undead monster,
and for it she has gained even more horrific power.  Demons and the undead
now serve her, and she only answers to the great Dracolich itself.
She is a dragonne approximately 7'0" tall.
